I love this because I am a Type A Virgo that obsesses over organizing and getting rid of things (clearing space), but I'm struggling with what to do with everything I'm ready to let go of!! I've tried Poshmark and had some success, but less so lately. The RealReal was great for a time but I have so few designer pieces left and they no longer pay well, at all. And most recently I tried ThreadUp which was SUPER easy and helped me get rid of a TON, but it's literally pennies for really nice pieces, if anything, and that feels like a shame! What is everyone doing with their old stuff these days?!
Omgggg Iām a Virgo rising and I GET IT! Iāve had success on Poshmark too, but have learned that it takes time and effort lol. And Iāve done ThreadUp too!! I think Iāve just made peace with the fact that the easiest ways to donate clothes donāt give much financial return š« If I want to make money Iāve got to do Poshmarkāwhich means efforting a little lol. I also like donating to places like Uptown Cheapskate! Again, the financial return isnāt much, but they donate everything they donāt take. As long as everything is at least out of my house Iām like š®āšØ
